Summary of ethical reporting policy
flydubai strongly encourages the reporting of suspected abuses or infringements of the applicable laws, such as financial and operational irregularities, in any shape or form to management and vows to treat such reports with the highest level of confidentiality in the handling thereof.
It is the policy of the Company to allow the reporting individuals to either identify themselves or if they prefer to remain anonymous when reporting suspected and/or known instances of misconduct, wrongdoings, corruption, fraud, waste and/or abuse.
If a reporting individual suspects that improper conduct, wrongdoings, corruption, fraud, waste, or abuse has occurred, the reporting individual is encouraged to contact Internal Audit. This can be done electronically via e-mail at ethicalreporting@flydubai.com or through "Ethical Reporting" located on the intranet as well as the Company website. If the reporting individual is unsure of the type of evidence needed for Internal Audit to begin an investigation, he/she is encouraged to make use the Ethical Reporting Form forms provided. The reporting individual may wish to send this form via postal or courier service marked “Strictly Confidential” on the following address:
Tom Mtine,
Vice President-Internal Audit,
Dubai International Airport, Terminal 2,
PO Box 353,
Dubai, UAE
This form will aid you in providing adequate information to begin investigations.
Note:
Reporting directly helps us to gather the evidence necessary to validate your disclosure and to identify the nature of improper conduct, wrongdoings, corruption, fraud, waste and/or abuse. Reporting directly also helps us to recommend measures to prevent it from re-occurring and to improve the situation.
For detailed information, please refer to the full version of the ethical reporting policy.
